On Monday, the 18th of 2011 the Democratic party had a special meeting reserved at the downtown library. When I heard it was a speech on taxes, I thought it might be a little boring. However I was proved wrong by Dr. Micheal Fanning who represents "ROAR" which gives insight into our nonsensical tax rates in the state of South Carolina.
Dr. Fanning was a wonderful speaker with a great attitude and loads of energy. He's spoke at many events for all types of groups. No matter if you're a Democrat, Republican, Liberal, Conservative, Moderate, or whatever you'll enjoy hearing him speak. You can check out more about ROAR at their website here.
